THE NEWMARKET YOUTH LEADERSHIP GROUP
WHO WE ARE
The Newmarket Youth Leadership Group is a group of motivated youth who want to make the Town of Newmarket a better place for youth. We are working with the ward 1 councillor of Newmarket to achieve our goals of improving Newmarket.
OUR MISSION
The Newmarket Youth Leadership Group works to make Newmarket a better place. We seek to do this through the creation of more volunteer opportunities, organizing youth-driven activities, and by empowering Newmarket’s youth to take an enhanced civic role within their community.
WHAT WE DO
The Newmarket Youth Leadership Group is dedicated to making Newmarket a better place. Despite only being a few months old, the Newmarket Youth Leadership Group has hosted a 3 on 3 basketball tournament at Ken Sturgeon Park and has helped out with a family picnic event as well as a municipal recycling event.
